- No ice cream, candy, soda, or any other junk food
- No late night food
- Small meals and lots of them
- Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate
- Minimum 15 minutes of aerobic exercise daily
- Just eat enough to not be hungry, never be full
- No food of significance after 6 PM
There is obviously more that goes into this, but not much more. Common sense is really all it takes.
It is a choice.
