It's Not Complicated

Nothing to over think here:
  • No ice cream, candy, soda, or any other junk food
  • No late night food
  • Small meals and lots of them
  • Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate
  • Minimum 15 minutes of aerobic exercise daily
  • Just eat enough to not be hungry, never be full
  • No food of significance after 6 PM
There is obviously more that goes into this, but not much more.  Common sense is really all it takes.

It is a choice.
