Food for the Day

Small glass (4 oz) of fresh apple cider (locally sourced)
Small bowl of Wheat Chex with Lactaid Fat Free milk with calcium
Celery sticks (1 1/2 thus far)
Small helpings (3) of Walnut Apple Salad (see post)

It is a choice.
